In addition to safety items he went above and beyond because I needed to verify door width for special needs. His recommendations included maintenance items to maintain the home. We would 100% recommend Ray with Accurite Inspections. He was inspecting for almost two hours and we never would have known he was here. Very professional, focused on the task, and respectful to our family routine and space, but always open to being stopped to ask questions. His inspection used modern technology to assess the outside and roof of the house in the best way.
