Professional, easy to work with and got the job done fast. Our unit went out over the weekend, Brian came out for diagnostics Tuesday, after being here a month ago. Unfortunately our older unit just wasn’t worth fixing again, but on the positive we got a brand new bigger unit installed THE NEXT DAY. Talk about a turn around. Thank you Brian and Donavan for getting us taken care of today. We definitely will be returning customers. Nothing but positive things to say about this team!

My Home Warranty Insurance assigned this company to address an emergency I had with my water heater. Once Mr. Baker arrived, he determined that my water heater needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, the home warranty insurance company didn't want to honor their policy and attempted to low-ball me.Mr. Baker stood up for me and went back-and-forth with the representative until they finally decided to cover the full amount with no out-of-pocket to me. Expert service in the Richmond to NoVA area! Brian was able to fix my heating issue immediately, after a previous company could not find the solution. Easy scheduling and immediately available. Brian went above and beyond, doing install on a Saturday morning so my family had a warm house for my daughter's birthday party that weekend. I highly recommend Baker to anyone!
