Ran by the sweetest people— all the staff are so nice! We use it for their gym equipment, and they have a decent selection for such a small town— plus it’s the only one nearby for miles. Love the atmosphere, definitely recommend :)

I was a visitor in town and was having trouble finding a coffee shop still open. I poked my head into Stonewall Abbey Yoga and a gentleman kindly let me use the restroom. Thank you so much for this random act of kindness. Next time I'm in Sperryville you have my business!

All of the classes and personal training i have taken here over many years have been fabulous! Gordon and Susan go out of their way to share their knowledge and skills with everyone. Working with them through the pandemic kept me fit and healthy!
