I had order some glasses from here, but I canal because I find a better deal some where else, while waiting for my money back she had me waiting for close to 30 minutes for my money

I had a great experience with Ashley and Tony today. Ashley went above and beyond to help get my rx from my DR's. office, she was patient and kind. I find both Tony and Ashley helpful when choosing a frame, they point out how colors look, how a shape may not be good for me and gave me all the information about different types of lenses. This is my 2nd purchase from this store and I highly recommend them.

I got a call today that my new glasses were in & Ashley was absolutely wonderful! She was patient in helping me get them adjusted comfortably & answered the questions I had. I love the new glasses and I appreciate Ashley's marvelous customer service skills.
