I took my Shih tzu Chan there this morning. Sarah did an amazing job on him. Even though he was nervous because this was his first time there. Sarah was very accommodating and let us come and meet her before he had his appointment so he would feel more comfortable. I was very pleased with Stephanie’s pet grooming.
Since Sarah had gone such a great job on Chan I made an appointment for her to groom my grand dog as well. Sarah also did a fantastic job on him!!!! He has cancer. We love Shawn! Henry is at ease with him and Shawn is a kind and gentle soul. Henry gets dropped off being curly and needing his seasonal cut. When I pick him up he looks fabulous and Henry loves him!
I would love to personally thank Sarah for how you treated my Jake. I love how she treated him as her own. I also love how quickly they get Jake in and out so he doesn't have to be at the groomer all day. I really appreciate how accommodating the office was when it came to getting my boy Jake ready to be put down. My 13 year has cancer. I absolutely would recommend this grooming office to everyone I know. They are so loving. They when way out of they way to take extra care of my Jake since he can not get around very well. Thank you all for all your love you showed my family and my boy Jake!!!
