Hi yawl, On Wednesday, Oct 23rd, a young Technician named Cole Seamster came to my home to followup and check on our heating and cooling systems. We had purchased a new furnace within the last 12 mths or so. He came by for follow-up and due dilligence. Very professional, friendly and full of knowledge. We had had to cancel several times due to family matters and some storm damage. Rogers is/was always understanding. Thanks Cole, for everything. I wish you the best. I could not be more pleased with the service and arrangement ordered last minute on the Friday before Mother's Day. They were absolutely swamped with orders, but still made time to make this gorgeous bouquet and have it delivered to a funeral home within hours of my call, in time for the family gathering.I'm in another state and couldn't be present so I had to just hope for the best when the lady from the shop told me they'd come up with something. What they received was even bigger and better than I ever expected for the budget I had given. It is so nice to be able to trust that you will get a beautiful, fresh product with amazing customer service!

My daughter is in dance and gymnastics classes. She loves it there. Everyone is helpful an welcoming. They have a store inside for all your dance needs. They work hard but make it fun for the little ones. We've got rhythm dance academy is a wonderful dance school.

I called in and they let me just walk right in with no appointment. The hair cut was just how I wanted it. My cut was $17.00 and worth every bit of it. I will be making this my go to for my hair cuts from now on.

I can’t say enough great things about Animal Medical Clinic. I’ve taken my 2 cats here since I moved to the area a few years ago. The staff are so loving, kind, and caring and they explain everything so well. When I had to make the hard decision to put my sick cat down in February, they made the process as pain free and easy as possible. I’ll never forget their kindness during that time. I’ve had to take in my remaining cat a few times over the last few months and they’ve always gone above and beyond to fit us in to diagnose the problem. You can tell that they truly care about their customers and patients. So happy to have found such a wonderful clinic!
My first visit with Dr Haskett seemed like a long wait for my appointment but once I was in the back I was good. The techs were awesome and he was a hoot. Very professional yet friendly and focused. Would recommend to anyone! Well worth the wait, which wasn’t that bad, I think it felt worse because I was in a new place alone surrounded by a room full of strangers. He remembered how to pronounce my first name when I went back & he greeted me like he was welcoming a good friend, so I really felt welcomed!

Woke up this morning to find we had no running water. Called this great company, recording said they were closed for vacation but if it was an emergency, leave my info and someone would call me back. And they did a very few minutes later. We’re here within the hour and worked in the rain to replace my well pump and wires.

Sentara has taken over Velocity. They should’ve remained separate in my opinion. No one in waiting room upon arrival. The front desk person did not greet me and kept typing. I waited patiently. Finally acknowledged me. I work in customer service and former medical. She acted as though I was an inconvenience to her. Definitely needs a refresher on customer service skills.
Have only been to Velocity twice. The first time was under Velocity. Had many on line slots available then, and much smoother operation. Under Sentara I did book an 11 am appointment and then got “all appointment slots are filled for the day.” Not so. Walked in early at 10:30am and no one there. I understand it’s a walk in clinic as well, but not to have available slot choices (as was the case with Velocity my first visit), was much better. Today 7-8 staff just sitting around. Saw an NP and in 5 minutes out the door w/Rx meds for bronchitis. I sincerely hope things will improve with the mgmt. of Sentara.
Velocity as a stand alone operation was much better.
