Above the bar performance from initial contact until job completed.Identified and corrected a security related issue that had vexed Spectrum and my account holders for months. Home visit cleared issues that had creeped in during the years. Straight forward talk regarding items they repair and costs for their work. My kind of folks.

Couldn't even begin to explain but multiple issues were resolved. Some required more time than others and they are also good with follow-up if something occurs after you take it home. I had two laptops in there at once. Happy customer !!

My laptop was running extremely slowing. A friend recommended VaughanTECH & I am SO thankful she did! I explained I needed my laptop for business & could not leave it for days and I was delighted to receive a call that afternoon stating it was ready for pick up! They explained the issue, what they did to correct it & answered my other questions in terms I could understood as I am not tech savvy. I will definitely recommend them & return when needed. Another reason to love Smithfield!
