Professional Customer Service!I called several lawn service companies to service my sprinkler system, and most did not return my call. Most businesses had a voicemail, but Smithfield Lawn Service returned my call within the next day, and scheduled my sprinkler service. Ken, their tech, showed up on-time and immediately knew what was needed to fix the items I needed fixed. The price was extremely reasonable and it was completed within a short time, although my system is older and parts are not readily available.
