Timeliness, affordable, good quality homes. However, could have better commutation skills. Showed up at my house to find a realtor showing my house to someone interested in a modular home; yet no one had ever offered to walk me through my own house. Had more communication from outside sources (delivery driver, contractors, etc) vs from the company itself. Have had minor issues since moving in, all addressed almost immediately. All in all 4/5.
