Kathy was amazing! My golden retriever had not been groomed before and I was nervous to see how he would do. She immediately put me at ease. He's older and has lipomas so he is sensitive. When I picked him up, I was in tears. He was beautifully groomed! Kathy washed him, brushed him, trimmed him, even the hair under his paws & cleaned his ears. I can't tell you how much I appreciate her and I will continue to bring my sweet boy, Jack, to her. Thank you, Kathy!
