I called and Mr. Landers came out a day or two later. We discussed my job which was to coat the existing tin roof, repair a leak near the chimney and replace my porch roof. He seemed interested in the job and gave me a brochure for a replacement material. I waited for a week or so and never received a callback after which I called and left a message. My call was ignored. I view this as unprofessional. I believe it is important and appropriate to communicate even in the event you do not want the job. My roof is steep so I understand that some companies are either not equipped or do not want to bear the risk, although this seems like something he could have told me during... read full review

Called 1.5 weeks ago for a leak in my roof. They called today and left a message they are too busy and can't do it. Now I am having to search for another roofer and having to wait due to their inability to schedule adequately..... AVOID!!!!
