Melissa is extremely knowledgeable in esthetics and dedicated to making sure her students are well prepared for state boards and beyond. I am excited to now be a licensed Master Esthetician and have so much gratitude for Melissa for everything!!!
What a great experience. I found Starkey Medical via an online search. The office staff are great and booking an appointment was very easy and they were able to see me within 2 weeks of calling. I arrived for my appointment and the office is beautiful! Office staff were great and provided me with new patient paperwork because I had forgotten to fill it out prior. I was seen within minutes and Michelle escorted me to the exam room. Michelle was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and provided her input. The injections were almost painless and I was done within 30minutes. I will definitely book with them again.
I’ve gotten filler and tox a few times now from Michele and have always loved the results. She is so kind and encouraging throughout the process, even when you are nervous about the needle. On one occasion, I needed a slight touch up a week after the Dysport treatment so I called and she immediately got me in the same day with no extra charge. She takes the time to explain how the facial muscles work (and in this case, why I may have needed the small touch up) and made notes to refer to next time.
