Beyond 5 stars - TJ went above and beyond In helping us, who live 3 hrs away, help an elderly relative get her furniture cleaned quickly before a move to assisted living. From waiting for her to finally answer the door to waiting for the misplaced checkbook to be found, he was - is - stellar! Stanley Steemer should be proud to have such a wonderful person working with them!

I'm very, very happy with the job that Quinn Jasper did on the carpet.It was wonderful. I did not think that this carpet , although it was the first cleaning, Would come clean and it It's like a new carpet.I will definitely request Quinn Jasper again. Anytime I need anything cleaned.Thank you so much Quinn.
