We have been using PRILLAMAN for a number of years and they always show their commitment to the customer and their dedication to a job well done. In the last six months the have installed a split unit in our basement, serviced our main level central air unit and updated our ductwork in a few areas. During the servicing they went above and beyond to ensure our unit will run safely and efficiently. This included changing out the drain system, adding a safety overflow switch and fixing an issue that could have become a fire hazard. Every PRILLAMAN employee has been kind, courteous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them.
My Mother remembered that she had bought her HVAC system. When she recently started to have issues with her system she called me in a panic! Seeing that she remembered Prillaman I called Prillaman for the service that she needed. Prillaman sent a HVAC technician named Chad to perform the work. My mother who is 88 years old called me and Chad gladly got on the phone and explained what was going on with my mother's system. That in itself put my mother's mind at ease.
