After a failed hair trial with a different company in Richmond, I called Jade Multicultural Salon roughly a week before my wedding day. Not only did Ms. Nedra make time in her own busy schedule to do a last minute hair trial with me but she also came in on her DAY OFF to do my hair at the hotel on the day of my wedding!! My hair looked fantastic and lasted from my ceremony at 3PM through my reception and after-party, which ended at 2AM. They have been nothing short of accommodating and pleasant, and Ms. Nedra does absolutely phenomenal work! Although I live a little less an hour and a half away in Newport News, it is well worth the trip, and I will ABSOLUTELY be going back again!
