“I love all the people that work at the infusion center. I go once a month for an infusion for my rheumatoid arthritic. They are all so helpful and friendly. They get my iv in easily and never have to stick me more than once. They constantly check on me and bring me warm blankets. Having the treatment isn’t fun but they sure do make it a lot easier. I appreciate all the great care I get when I go!!“
“If you are experiencing menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, low energy, irritability- Sheila Farmer is your person! Her and her team are awesome. It is worth every penny to have your life back. (It’s a shame insurance will not pay -ridiculous). Also, their office is very clean and inviting. Give them a call and talk to them -you’ll love them!“
“My PCP here is Dr. Jessica Whiting, she is awesome. She spends as much time with you as is needed, there is no feeling of being rushed and she knows me, not just my record...so does her nurse, April.Actually, I've seen a couple other docs in that office and have never been dissatisfied or disappointed.Totally recommend this general practice office to anyone!!“

“Both myself and my husband have had minor outpatient procedures here (epidural spinal injections) and it’s one of the few medical centers that I truly don’t mind going to at all. Not only has every staff member I’ve ever spoken to been incredibly kind and helpful but it’s very easy to get in and out of and parking is free and conveniently located right by the entrance. The building may be older but the renovations they have done make it feel new inside and it’s always clean. I’ve submitted an edit to maps because the main entrance to the hospital is not the listed address. It’s on the street parallel to Elm, off of Jefferson. Depending on the map, it’s called Mountain Ave or Reid Ave. This is also where the parking lot is, directly across from the entrance.“

“The dental and medical services have allowed me to get care I wasn't able to before, due to no insurance. The Doctors and Dentist are super nice and caring, they want to help and listen to your concerns. The nurses are all wonderful. The Phlebotomist is the best, she is careful and kind and doesn't bruise me. The entire facility is clean and sanitary. I would highly recommend!“
“I haven’t had a PCP in years and was nervous of getting one I didn’t like. Dr. Salama is always attentive during my visits and explains things very well, making me feel adequately cared for. I never have to wait long, either. The receptionist is always welcoming with a smile.This is definitely a small practice, so don’t expect fancy equipment like Carilion. I could see them implementing something like an accessible online charting system in the future, though. That would be helpful.“

She makes me feel seen and heard and she takes the time to listen to what I have to say. I don’t feel rushed or not acknowledged and that’s an amazing feeling! She truly cares for her patients and you can tell that. No matter if it’s in person, over the phone or through MyChart!“
