I'm sorry that I forgot the lady's name who helped me pick out my frames, I found a perfect pair but they were very dark. She ordered me a pair in a lighter color and they are perfect. They even place the bifocal lens in the perfect spot. I will definitely be returning. thank you“

“I have worked with Blue Ridge Optical for over 12 years, as both a patient, the mother of a patient, the daughter of a patient, and in my personal career. The Blue Ridge Optical team is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and goes to enormous lengths to stay on top of the newest lens technology. This day and age, it is painstaking and confusing to accept insurance plans and still provide good, quality lenses across the board---at times even at a great financial inconvenience to the establishment. They also take time to speak with sales representatives---many of which will all arrive on the same day and time simultaneously! They are responsive, positive, courteous and maintain a good sense of humor despite having to deal with many curmudgeons. Highly recommend them for lenses, high Rx's and troubleshooting.“

Laura always helps me pick out a glasses frame style that looks right on me. Does a great job tightening up my frames when loose or out of whack. The other staff are always friendly, courteous , and helpful. The testing Technician Abby does a bang up Job, and makes you comfortable while it is going on, the new trainees are friendly and super helpful. Can't say enough good things about this practice.
