We met with a contractor from the Salem, VA office for a project. He was super responsive, very friendly and answered all of our questions. Did the same for everyone who reached out to him during our loan process. They made a request for funds, and immediately started ghosting us after the funds were approved. Our estimated start time came and went with no contact from the company. We called, texted, and emailed. Responses were infrequent with no answers regarding start date. We were taken for over $100K with absolutely no work begun. We received letter he would be filing bankruptcy in September 2023 and he finally filed in January 2024. He had no license to practice in NC.

Run away from this company! They take your money an never finish the job. You call no one will call you back. Today I found out the Company has closed its doors an shut down. Owing a lot of people money. They never completed my job an they got paid over 32,000.00.... This Tracy White who owns the company seems to have a past of doing the same thing in North Carolina. He should be ashamed of taking people's money an not completing jobs. Apparently this Tracy White has opened up company after company doing the same thing. What a scam!!
