Very unresponsive, damaged my door. Crossed wires, gave incorrect diagnosis. Work wasn't completed. Hired new Contractor. Deserve a zero rating. Horrible job and experience ? ?.Services: A/C system repair
This company did not fix the problem but marked my case as completed.My AC would start the day at 72° and then over the course of the summer day the AC would be on the whole time, but the house increases in temp to 84° by the evening. This company fixed the compressor, then it broke again, and then fixed it again and said they finished their job, but the house still was increasing in temp to the 80s every day. I've left them 5 messages that they never fixed the problem, and they never returned their calls. I had to get a new company and they found the compressor broken again and electrics we're missing components.-1 star for not fixing the problem-1 star for not returning...read full review
