“I have been a client of Pest Solutions for nearly 20 years and their work and customer service are exemplary. They have kept my home pest free and safe from termites all that time. If a problem arises, i.e. spiders find a way in when autumn comes, they come quickly and spray around the house foundation and the problem goes away. Also, if I find something I can't identify, their employee, Jessie is always able to figure it out and finds a solution. Initially, in the early years of my association with them the owner was the one who came to do the inspections and treatments, but now their employee, Billy, usually comes to do my ant and termite trap inspections. He is always very helpful and pleasant and I think sometimes goes above and beyond job requirements just to be helpful. Also, the company was helpful when I upgraded my termite protection plan in setting my inspections so my two contracts aren't both due at the same time. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing pest control in this area.“

“Eddie is the man! We woke up at 3am to a bat flying around our bathroom. We had no idea how it got in there, so we shut the door and started calling pest removal companies in the middle of the night. After leaving messages with 3 other companies that stated they were 24/7 pest removal on their websites we tried to go back to sleep. We tried calling the same 3 companies at 8am and 8:30 am trying to find anyone to come get the bat out of our house. We got Eddie's phone number from a neighbor at the bus stop and he answered right away. We explained our situation and he said that he would rearrange his schedule for the day and come help us out. He showed up right when he said he would, was extremely professional, and was able to grab the bat and carry it out of the house. He found a safe place to let it go in the woods behind our house. He then checked around the house and the attic trying to find where it made it's way in. We have his associate scheduled to come to the house to secure any entry points and make sure it never happens again. It wasn't until almost 4 pm that we received a call from just one of the other companies we had left messages with. We told them that we had the issue handled and wouldn't be needing them.
