My wife and I are looking to retire/relocate to Virginia. We are thinking of having a modular home built for us. We visited Pro Tech builders and met with salesman Chris. They have three full various sized models of homes behind their office. We were shown all three models. They are very knowledgeable about the numerous upgrades and options available with their homes. We also discussed solar systems and Geothermal heating and cooling. I was also very impressed with the time they took to talk to us. Very patient and helpful.

Ritch Hogg is the guy to ask for. Very knowledgeable on everything associated with building a house or buying a modular. Very cool no pressure guy. Modular homes can be custom designed in so many different ways you can't even imagine. They are also very well built, solid wood just as if you are building an house. Go check them out!
