She is the one of best doctor I ever had. She is compassionate dr real dr who really want to help patients. Because now a days most of the doctors are businessmen which is shame for medical profession.
Without a doubt, this practice has provided the most compassionate and thorough medical care I have ever received. Dr Richards and her staff will go above and beyond to provide comprehensive care. Their independent status allows them to lower costs significantly for patients, and Dr Richards is able to spend time with patients far beyond what you would normally see at UVA or Martha Jefferson. They are quick to respond to any communication, and there is always a personal touch. Cannot reccommend highly enough!
What a wonderful practice! Dr. Richards has amazing bedside manner! She is very personable and makes you feel so at ease! Our Son had an ear infection on a Saturday and she took the time to meet us in her office! She patiently found the problem and he was feeling 100% in a couple of days! We highly recommend her!
