We recently moved into the area. We had no air conditioning, save for two small window units...rather stuffy. We called Tim at our realtor's suggestion. He came right over and gave us a quote for the upstairs heat pump/AC upstairs unit. Even though they were really busy (surprise), he gave me the window for availability. And they came, right on the date, took the day to complete. Worked great and we were set. But, then, we asked about a split unit for our basement. He gave us a price, we gave him the go ahead. As soon as the unit came him, they got it up and running. The workers were very professional and personable. They worked without making any mess they didn't clean up! Tim was concise and gave us exact pricing even when we only asked for estimates. This is a top notch company that I would heartily recommend to any one looking for a good unit and great service! Tim Lamb owner of this company installed our unit 12 years ago at a great price. He was professional, kind and easy to talk to. About 2 years ago in the middle of winter our heat stop working, we called him in the morning and he showed up the same day, fix our heat and again at a very reasonable price. This the the ac stop working, again one of his guys came fix our ac at a reasonable price. Thank you Tim and Delano
