I was fortunate to buy a new home built by Solid Rock Properties. I am a licensed Virginia Class A Residential and Commercial builder and have worked in the building trades for over 30 years. I can absolutely attest to the fact that Solid Rock builds a superb home. Throughout my home I can see an attention to detail that is uncommon in the building industry today. Solid Rock went above and beyond the building Code in many areas that would never be noticed by a regular homebuyer. They did this for one reason; they care about producing a great product. The finishes in the home are superb and clearly show the work of superior craftsmen. I most strongly recommend Solid Rock Properties because I am absolutely certain that whatever they build is completed to exceedingly high standards. I am happy to answer any questions about my experience with Solid Rock and why they are my builder of choice.

Solid Rock Properties are the most wonderful people to work with first of all, not to mention the craftsmanship of their work. They have done two jobs for us and although we were not their typical customer, I kept calling them until they agreed to help us out. Now I know why they came so highly recommended. Everything they touch is done to perfection, no cutting corners, no hidden surprises nothing but excellent work. Most contractors or service people you must follow around to make sure it is done right, not SRP, they ONLY do it right! I wish they had built my home instead of them having to put back together shoddy workmanship from someone else!
