Absolutely A + in customer service as well as floral arrangements. I needed a special order for a family member who had suffered a tragic loss. I called and spoke with Mary, who carefully listened to my request, verified it could be done as I wanted and even called me back to make sure it was okay to deliver them that afternoon! Now that is above and beyond for a small local business. The arrangement was lovely and it was handled with such care. Highly recommend Flowers By Jones!

This florist went above and beyond in preparing flowers for my wife’s funeral and delivered them to the gravesite. They were absolutely beautiful. They were the only florist that would accommodate me since we only had a graveside service and we were coming from Rocky Mount NC.Thanks from our family
