We have been working with R-Tec for a number of years. Even as a landscaping company, Chris and his team have provided exceptional and responsive service for us and are always willing to help in an emergency. January 2024- Another exceptional experience-I needed a small fabrication job completed. I called to schedule an appointment and was told "come on by" two hours later all done.December 2023 experience-I was in need of a part not readily available for an older machine. I spoke with Chris about my situation. He volunteered to see if he could find a replacement part for me. I was not in a hurry for the part, however he texted that same day and said he had found a solution and that the part would be in two days. That type of customer service is hard to find these days. I was extremely impressed with his willingness to help and the result.
I own a farm and contracting company with 30 or so pieces of equipment, been in business since ‘08. We have hired R-Tec countless times for mobile work and taken machines to their shop on Lanier Rd in Rockville. Always a great experience. Their team is always willing to followup. I would say that of the dozens of mechanics we have hired over the years R-Tec ranks at the tip top. They are fast, convenient, and fair.
