I've always had a good experience in the Ulta store as a shopper but today was the first time I tried the brow bar. I was very nervous as I've never had my eyebrows waxed for fear of having them done too thin. I made an appointment online with Courtney B for a wax. We were able to get started right on time and she was very kind and listened to my concerns about my brows being to thin. I was very pleased with the outcome and I will be back!
I had a hair appointment with a nice lady named Miranda. She held a casual conversation while she put tinsel in my hair to have fairy hair for my daughter. It turned out awesome and I love it! Pricing was great also.
I have shopped at Ulta a few times, but have never really needed assistance. I recently went there to purchase Polite Society foundation. An associate by the name of Dustin assisted me. He was so unbelievably knowledgeable about this product. After allowing me to test it, he saw I was unimpressed and suggested a different foundation. Surprisingly, he was also crazy knowledgeable about this one as well. He chose my shade, put it on my face and I loved it. While doing that, he proceeded to give my friend info about their hair experts. I don't think Ive ever come across a kinder, more helpful employee at a business that also had extensive answers about so many products.... read full review
