I called them at 10pm and they got to my house within an hour. They do free estimates which I thought was really cool and helped guide me through the whole process. I did laundry and didn’t realize my washer never stopped filling until it was wayyy too late. They cleaned up all the water that night and set equipment up. They managed to save my floors and my contents. Super professional and I have recommended them to any of my family and friends incase they run into something similar.
I cannot even begin to say how wonderful these boys have been! The owner, Drew, along with his right hand man, Jake with his assistant, Andrew - we cannot be more thankful for the prompt response times, quick demo and clean up, and truly just giving us peace of mind that it will all be taken care of! They’ve been very thorough with explaining the process and made sure we understand everything! 1000/10 will recommend Puroclean of Roanoke!
PuroClean of Roanoke was able to come out very quickly and assess a mold issue we were having. They promptly returned and removed the mold and provided mold remediation for us. The quality of work was top notch and the owner was extremely professional and helpful to us. They were also very reasonable and one of the best companies we have dealt with in the Roanoke area so far. I highly recommend this business.
