“I wish I could remember the name of the technician. He went above and beyond. I called for an inspection of our living room fireplace after having multiple wasps come into the house. Upon visual inspection, there was no sign of a nest. The best guess was that the wasps were coming down the chimney to get out of the cold and coming through the large openings around our damper which would not close properly. The technician took the time to clear out the copious amount of debris that was preventing the damper from closing (it was gross!). He then closed up the damper and cleaned up the fireplace - and CHARGED NOTHING! There have been no more wasps in out living room.
