We absolutely loved working with Pat literally from start to finish. She was super understanding and kind when it took us weeks to get back to her before confirming to book (we were in the middle of moving or some other life crisis). Then she was super flexible and kind booking the engagement session, which was a total blast. She allowed us to customize our contract so that we could prioritize what we wanted. When we got sick with COVID right before the wedding she checked in on us multiple times with health tips she’d learned after having it herself and genuine care and concern.
