Ostrom did my annual evaluation of my HVAC and detected that my old furnace was leaking a little bit of carbon monoxide. It was recommended that I replace it with a new one. Since my A/C unit has aged and not performing as it should I decided to replace it also . Replacing both at the same time cost less. Today, October 21,2024 both were replaced by two of Ostrom best technicians, Chris and Jimmy. They did an excellent job that displays their expertise. They are extremely respectful and know how well to treat their customers. Their technical knowhow and their customer service are excellent. Undeniably they are a good asset to Ostrom. Good communication, thorough, and hard working. Chase and Andi spent 9 hours overcoming obstacles on what was initially estimated to be a 4 hour EV charger installation project, but successfully finished it by the end of the day.
Ostrom lead installer Darin Setters was very professional and made sure that I was informed of everything I needed to know about the installation and the units we purchased. Darin and the other installers Michael B and Ryan P were all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable . They were hard working and efficient. I appreciated all of the quality work during the installation and how they made sure everything was done properly before they left.
