Had an eye infection that needed tending. They fit me in day of calling. Reception was exceptional and doctor was thorough. Thank you so much for fitting me in and I plan on moving my exams to your location thanks to the excellent service.

I have been seen by Dr. Wilcox for over 6 years. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. Upon my last visit in late November, we discussed a condition relating to my eyelids. He referred me to a local surgeon, who tested me, and confirmed that I qualify for the surgery, which will be covered by my insurance. I am thrilled, and expect to ha e the needed surgery in February. His office arranged the appointment and everything.In addition, the staff at National Optical is very helpful and friendly. I simply love the last 2 pair of glasses I ordered there. The selection is the best I have seen I. Roanoke.

I got an appointment the same day I called. The doctor was very friendly and we had a good time talking. She told me to throw away my glasses and get ready for a whole new view on the world. She was so right! I have never had such an accurate prescription. I found perfect frames at a great price. My glasses were ready in a few days. I needed an adjustment a few days later. They were so helpful and did a great job. After a few days I needed one small adjustment. I went to National Optical in Vinton as it is closer to my home. The gentleman there did an awesome job with the frame adjustment in a few minutes. So kind and so very friendly.
