When I sat in Jeanie’s chair almost twenty years ago and she took my hair in her hands I knew after several years of disappointingly searching for a new stylist I had definitely ended my quest right then and there. I’ve loyally followed her to each and every location and have been a happy Gloss customer since Jeanie opened her own salon.I always receive compliments on my hair! Gloss is a fabulous salon! Visually, it's light, bright and always clean. The vibe seems to be always upbeat and it feels like everyone gets along and they enjoy each other. That makes it super comfortable as a customer coming in for a service.
My family and I see Jeanie for our hair and she is a master at her craft! We all communicate very differently and Jeanie can take anything we say or show and translate it to an amazing haircut. I never have to wonder if I said something just the right way to get my hair done the way I want. Jeanie just gets it!!
