Staff who made the appointment told me exactly when to come. I ended up being 15min late but they took my car in right away, performed the service prompt. The service staff provided excellent customer service. The waiting area was clean and pleasant. I’m very pleased with this shop
The ease of scheduling my appointment was definitely a win for me. On top of that James the store manager was very friendly. I love how straight forward he is and how he doesn't try to push extra services on the customers. I enjoyed my experience so much I brought my boyfriend in the next day.
The store manager (James) was beyond exceptional assisting me with my issue. I was from out of town and had a tire blow out. The tires on my vehicle aren't common wheels and tires. He actually was super helpful when I explained the situation. He calmly informed me he had one tire that size in stock and I could get it installed that day. I just want to send out a HUGE THANK YOU to him for his professionalism, exceptional attitude and the willingness to assist. As a 30-year military veteran I truly appreciate customer service like I received at this Firestone. FIRST CLASS SERVICE!!!!
