Been coming here for almost 20 years and got told I be seen because I was late due to weather and road conditions. Absolutely, nothing I can help and was 15 min late on the dot. So if you don't have the superpowers to control the weather and the other people that drive through it watch out.

I have been coming since a child it’s never been this bad to get someone to answer the phone almost 30 mins I was here on time for my sick appointment it’s just sad that no one answer the phone to check you in and you can’t come. inside when you have sick appointment ??‍♀️

The receptionist and forms/documents person are rude and inconsiderate. I faxed a form in on 2/11/2023 that I needed signed so I could go back to work: I was told I have 7 days to complete these request. I advised I need to get back to work Gretchen put me in light duty but she didn’t list restrictions it kicked me out it if work. I called to request the form to be completed as soon as possible and it was dismissed as not being urgent.This office staff has been the worst to deal with. If I could give this office a negative 100 i would
