This is a neutral review, because I couldn’t even get a referral through. The referral coordinator laughed at me repeatedly, even when I said I would get the appropriate documentation sent over “Oh that won’t be necessary”.The website says that they accept people with developmental and physical disabilities. My disability caused significant mobility impairment, changes to my mouth, impairs my wound healing and comes with other affected organs/structures. I had already gone to another dentist who didn’t know anything about my disability and refused to work with me. I have been trying for over a year to get an appointment here. After being admitted to the hospital for dental abscesses that has caused my face to swell to astronomical proportions, I was sent to this office to get the two culprit teeth pulled. There new facility is so beautiful, the room was clean and staff was so kind. I’m glad that I can now be seen here and get my mouth fixed with confidence that they care about my well being and wishes. Thank you for the great care.

I’d love to be able to give a great review however I can’t seem to get an appointment scheduled, even after three separate referrals to their office.I’m begging, please… I need to be seen. I don’t understand what the issue is, I’m so confused and in agony…Are there some type of qualification’s required? Do I not meet the criteria? Does this’s office / clinic only provide services for emergency room patients? Oh my goodness what do I need to do to get in??* Carilion, please?!
