The Blue Ridge Optical team is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and goes to enormous lengths to stay on top of the newest lens technology. This day and age, it is painstaking and confusing to accept insurance plans and still provide good, quality lenses across the board---at times even at a great financial inconvenience to the establishment. I obtained my prescription glasses here several years ago. Unfortunately, I lost them after I moved across the country and several days before I was to travel to a family wedding in CO. A replacement pair was made and was waiting for me at my hotel at check-in, just days after I called to explain my predicament. Their attention was not only prompt, but carefully managed with genuine concern and professionalism.
