“Dae is quite literally the most consistent professional I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Before anything else, he is considerate of one’s time. His books are easy to navigate and he operates within the allotted time frame exceptionally well. He has never taken more than 45 minutes for a cut and I haven’t ever waited to start after my timeslot.As a barber, I can’t remember how many decades he has been doing it, but he is as detail oriented as they come. A lot of barbers are hit or miss and it’s always a shame when you fall on the latter end of that spectrum. “My birthday is coming up in a few days, so I decided to treat myself to a Classic Cut at Jack's after researching all the top of the line barbershops for men around Roanoke City. I Googled it and this brought me to their website. After signing up it gave me an opportunity to schedule a date and time for my haircut among the dates and times available. I found this system very convenient and received a confirmation email and a phone call on the day before my scheduled appointment. The Classic Cut consisted of deep cleansing shampoo, scalp and neck massage, precision haircut and style and an aroma therapy hot towel. The computer automatically assigned me the stylist Emma to be the one to cut my hair and provide all the other services mentioned. When I arrived about twenty minutes early for my appointment, a lady behind the counter with a wonderful personality gave me a warm welcome and asked if I wanted something to drink while I waited. I asked for a glass of iced Sprite, and she brought it to me and invited me to take a seat in some comfortable seats that were in the entrance to the Davidson store or to take a look at the men's clothing and other items for sale at the store. She also confirmed that on the second floor of the building, there were other barber chairs and another waiting area for people getting a haircut with the stylists there. Everything was very clean and organized, and I enjoyed the quality special received at this place. I drank my soft drink and looked around the men's clothing store. They carried excellent men's clothes, as well as leather shoes and accessories. I was able to introduce myself to Mr. Davidson and tell him that I used to shop at a similar store when I lived in Boston called Mr. Sid. It so happened that he knew the owner of that store, he told me. By this time, my stylist Emma was almost finished with the other client, and after cleaning the area, had me come up and explain how I wanted my hair cut. After I did this she went along and provided me with an amazing service. The experience was well worth it, and the haircut came out extremely well. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is around town and in need of a top of the line haircut with platinum service. I feel it was worth the price and my compliments to the owner of Jack's for coming up with the innovative idea of creating such a unique place where men could go get a wonderful haircut and feel special at the same time.“

Her haircuts are always crisp and you never look like a freak or have high whitewalls. on top of that she is an awesome country girl who is easy to talk to.
