I can’t recommend Baker Heating, Air Conditioning & Duct Cleaning enough. We had contacted several companies and had spotty response from almost everyone except Baker. Brandon and his crew came out and installed 2 new mini-splits in our upstairs. They were timely, professional, friendly and informative the entire time they were here. Brandon explained how the remotes worked and answered all my questions. Great work! Austin came out today and cleaned 3 older mini splits in another part of the house, checked the outdoor main unit AND fixed an old issue we had that another company never came back to finish despite numerous calls! Poor Austin was late to his next appt and I felt bad. He never complained despite no lunch break and was friendly, funny and accommodating. I did offer him some chocolate chip cookies I’d baked as he left! We will use no one else going forward for our heating and air conditioning needs. 👍🏻😊
