Last fall we called James after being dissatisfied with the first company that came to fix our furnace. James is now our go to guy. We were impressed is his knowledge and professionalism. We ended up needing to replace our furnace. James had it installed quickly and left everything nice and tidy after. He is very personable and offers great customer service. So this summer when our air conditioning started acting up we knew who to call. Again we received the best of care. We highly recommend American Heating and Air!
James was professional and courteous. He was even able to work me in on the same day I called! He thoroughly explained everything going on with my unit and made sure I understood all of my options. Would definitely call him again!
I had a negative experience with a local provider who was pressuring me to purchase a new unit or pay 4,200 in repairs to my 7 year old Bryant unit. We contacted Bryant and they recommended American heating and air. I am so glad we contacted them because it saved me a lot of money. My unit was oversaturated with refrigerant that the previous company had added that it did not need. I will contact James with American every time I need service and appreciate his honesty and professionalism. Will be a lifetime customer and can not say enough good things!
