Professional, personable, and a very talented staff. AOB does a great job leading those who don't have (and don't care to have) tax knowledge thru the murky, ever changing tax environment. Kim and her staff stay up to date on these changes and can explain them so you understand. And they are quite funny to be accountants.As an IT guy, I value streamline process and the value add they provide. AOB has their process down, was simple and easy and mostly done from my phone.Thanks AOB for stepping up and taking a task off my plate that I have always dreaded and has never gone smoothly in the past.
