My dad his dad and his mom are buried there. I miss them so much. I know they are in a better place. I hope to visit there Graves real soon. My grandfather father has been gone for 35 years. My grandmother mother has been gone for 14 years.
Janine Ratcliffe with Westhampton Memorial Park is truly a new asset.
I recently received a call from her asking if there were any of my needs that were not met or she could assist with. I informed her when I was last there on Mother’s Day that my grandparents headstone was still not repaired. She took down the information and called me back within 10 minutes, with pictures that it had been taken care of. I truly appreciate her reaching out, as we all get very busy and I had just buried my father in the cemetery 2 weeks prior. She showed compassion and concern and stepped up immediately . My experience with Westhampton was professional and empathetic. When questions arose, Katie responded quickly, patiently reviewing and explaining the paperwork. She asked questions about my mother and engaged in conversations that demonstrated that she understood what was important for our family. When the day of my mother's burial was intolerably hot, she arranged for us to have the ceremony in the airconditioned mausoleum. I was pleased with the professionalism and kindness of all of the staff with whom I interacted.
