I have been going to Daily Planet for Mental Health services for about 5 or 6 years I believe. I still go there to this day . Yeah , I have had some issues with calls not getting answered, or a return call back after leaving messages . I remember a few years ago I had a lady doctor .She said or did something that made me snap. I was referred to the other doctor here .Still seeing that same person. He's has help me get through a dark hole I was going down .That only caused me trouble and big problems .So,thankful I was caught before falling to far .My doctor I see at Daily Planet Grace St . First time ever at Daily Planet. I was welcomed by Esteban. Registration was very easy and calm. Worried about what was to come and he put all my worries to the side. When going in the back DeErika was very pleasant. She made me feel very comfortable even when I was def nervous. Lauren was great at helping Dr. A extract my tooth. They both answered my questions and set me up for my next appointment. Very courteous and very professional. I will definitely spreading the word on how great this facility is.

On my visit today Estevan was so friendly. He really helped me get my appointments in order. He helped me to remain calm in an uncomfortable atmosphere. I will most definitely recommend daily planet to other people in need of healthcare. Thank you for your services.
