I was excited to make a second visit to the Village cleaners because before I went to a dance convention / competition I had two shirts cleaned and pressed when I picked them up it cost me $6. When I came back from the convention I brought four shirts back to them because I had purchased two at the convention. The first drop off for $6 were two long sleeve shirts. The second drop off was for shirts pretty long sleeve and one short sleeve. I feel I was the victim of abandoned switch pricing scheme that they may have in play since the four shirts cost me $35 as an end price. I have been taking my clothes here for about two years now. I really like the employees and have been happy up until now. They have recently messed up two items of my clothing. One of my dress shirts had a few stitches torn at the breast pocket prior to bringing the dress shirt in for cleaning. The blemish was hardly noticeable. However, they managed to almost entirely tear the pocket off. When I confronted them about it, they asked me to pay $15 to have them sew it back on. Just two weeks later, I noticed that one of my favorite blue/white dress shirts had a pink stain up the left arm (mind you I never wash my dress shirts at home, so it had to happen at the cleaners)....read full review
