Everyone is friendly and eager to make sure the visit is productive and welcoming. My baby girl is well taken care of and is happy to be at the vet (she can usually be a real grumpy). I really love this establishment and will recommend it to anyone.
Dr. Williamson and staff got my pitbull and I through a very tough time with serious allergic skin problems and associated infections. 100% recommend her if your pup is having a bad time with their skin!
We waited three months to see Dr. Williamson at Vet Derm of Richmond. I debated getting my dog in with a different doctor earlier, but had heard such good things about this practice from my friends that I decided to stay the course. I am very glad we did! The team here is extremely competent, knowledgable, and easy to work with. What took me several months of research to figure out, Dr. Williamson knew immediately when she examined my dog's file. And the entire team was very gracious with answering my many questions and handling my overexcitable dog with kindness. Highly recommend.
