I purchased a new computer from here. I haven't set it up yet, but their customer service is second to NONE! Above and beyond in every aspect! I expect the computer will live up to their lofty standards! I have zero regrets doing business with them. 10/10 would recommend. Will do business with them again!

If you are thinking about buying a computer from Velocity, do it. I've had two Raptor Z55 desktops dating back 15+ years. Fast, smooth gaming, and reliable. My current Raptor Z55 is 6 1/2 years old and needed a power supply. Got it back, it now runs like almost new, and just about looks new. Great service department. Thanks again, Max, for doing such a great job.

how much would it cost for a memory issue and i’m writing a review instead of on the questions tab bc u seem to be answering more on here so how much would a memory issue be i overclocked the ram a bit and after that it stopped working. When i try to turn it on it turns on then turns itself off and turns itself on again I tried reseating ram and resetting cmos battery and jumper and it still didn’t work. It’s the omen 30l prebuilt pc specs are ryzen 7 3700x, 2060, 16gb hyperx fury ram, and a 258 gb ssd and a 1tb hdd. thank you
