It was very easy to make an appointment online with Ash, who had trimmed our other dog's nails before. Ash came out to meet us right when we arrived, and interacted nicely with my dog. He readily trotted off with her, and the nail trim and grind took fewer than 10 minutes.

Ash was PHENOMENAL with Bailey ? - patient, kind, didn't rush her, came out and met us in their cozy human waiting area ?, spent time feeding Bailey some of her favorite treats that I'd brought along and Bailey went back without a problem. Ash came out and updated me mid appointment that Bailey was doing great ?. The waiting area is within ear shot ? of the grooming/bathing area and I never heard Bailey whine, whimper or yelping and they talked to her the whole time she was back there.
Bailey came out looking glamorous, smiling and wagging her tail and wanted pets from Ash before she left ?. HIGHLY recommend Ash, as Bailey has had HORRIBLE... read full review

Ash has changed our and our dog's life! We have a dog that used to be very, VERY fearful of the groomer from one poor experience when he was a puppy. Every bath and nail trim since then had been a huge battle, and using the dryer was not even an option. Since bringing him to Ash, he has made so much progress and can now tolerate a full groom. I really appreciate her patience in meeting my dog where he is, and not creating any type of unnecessary stress for him. Her new location is very easy to get to from the city, clean, and has plenty of space for you and your dog to relax.
