I have been seeing Dennis for about a year now. I still remember my first session. The day after he worked on me, my body felt so straight and I could stand for long amounts of time feeling more stable than EVER. Normally when I stand, I start to weight shift through my feet, stick my hip out, or kick my leg up. I couldn't believe the difference, I felt like I could stand still for hours.
As a weightlifter, every time I see him, I have a noticeable difference in my strength. As a yogi, with each session, I find I can go further in different poses.
