I have been using The Maids for MANY years and they do NOT disappoint! I just had surgery and they were all so kind and did extra things to help me. One of the ladies spent extra time organizing my bathroom vanity and it helped me SO MUCH. Their attention to detail is incredible and my home is sparkling clean when they're done. I highly recommend The Maids of Richmond!

I have used The Maids for about 9 years. I have always been happy with their service, both the cleaning team and office. It is always a great day when they come, leaving the house super clean. I did suspend service for about 6 months when COVID struck, not wanting to have “strangers” in the house. During that time I noticed that I missed things they did besides the obvious: vacuuming, dusting, bathroom floors/fixtures. In their absence I noticed the details they take care of like wiping down all the cabinets and switchplates, dusting floor molding & cleaning ceiling fans, making the stainless appliances streak- & fingerprint-free and shining, and getting dust bunnies out of corners! They just do a better job than I do. And for the office, they are easy to communicate with via phone or email. The one or two times in 9 years I have not been 100% happy, they sent out someone to fix the problem. I don’t think you could ask for anything more than that.
