First time I've had a pain free pedicure. Not even one "owie." Very professional, clean, calm environment. You have to be patient making an appointment, but it's totally worth it!

Don't always go by people angry about schedule changes - life happens . I have been using this facility for 2 years and have had top notch service. Yes, I did have one late cancellation but they made it right by comping the next one.

After my wife had bunion surgery, I decided to make an appointment with this spa for a pedicure. When I arrived I was the only client in the room. The young lady who worked on my problematic toes was very thorough and thoughtful. I have had ingrown toenails for many years that get very painful if my shoes are "normal sized". I have had to resort to XX wide shoes to gain any relief. In the past at regular nail spas I have had this taken care of, but usually at great pain. The young lady who worked on me took about an hour, but she performed a miracle by causing only the slightest pain in the process. Never have I ever had this done as painlessly. Not only that but the ingrown nails have caused no pain for me since.I would certainly advise anyone who has continuous nail pain to call these folks. They are a bit more expensive that a "regular" pedicure, and they are worth every penny. It may take a while to get an appointment, but when you do, the result is amazing IMHO.
